What We Do
Our part is straightforward: you tell us what has gone wrong and where, and we pass that on to an independent plumbing company from our partner network that can reach you and is right for the job. We do not employ plumbers of our own, and no work is ever carried out by The Honest Plumber Isleworth directly.
The Partner Company
Every partner is a separate, independently run business, not a division of ours. Once a partner takes your job, the agreement for the plumbing work is between you and them alone. They give their own written price, do the work under their own terms, and take payment straight from you once it is finished. Any warranty on the job comes from that company, not from us.
Payments
The Honest Plumber Isleworth never handles money for plumbing work and never sends an invoice for it. What you owe is owed to the partner company, and it is paid to them directly, on whatever basis they set out with you. Billing questions should go to them first.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing comes from the partner company alone, put in writing before work starts. Anything you read on this site or hear from us on the phone is background only — never a quote, never a guarantee of cost, never a promise about timing. Go through the written quote with the partner before agreeing to anything.
Complaints and Problems
Raise a problem with the finished work directly with the partner company first, since they carried it out and can put it right fastest. If that gets you nowhere, call 07886 076686 and we will chase it on your behalf, though we cannot promise a particular outcome, as the underlying contract sits with the partner and not with us.
Our Responsibility
What we do is take your call or form and set up a booking with a suitable partner; our involvement stops there. We are not liable for that company's workmanship, its pricing, how it schedules the job, or how it conducts itself, so far as the law allows us to say so. None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
